If you need to request a refund or any reason, please reach out to our Customer Support with your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue with your order, the batch number listed on your product and photographic evidence (when applicable). We also encourage you to review our FAQs page for details regarding specific circumstances related to your refund request.

Make sure to double-check your delivery address before placing an order, as we’re unable to provide refunds for any items sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Refunds will not be given for missed code applications at checkout or for non-applied discounts. It is your responsibility to ensure everything is entered correctly before submitting your order.
For any replacements or refunds, please note that postage and handling fees are non-refundable and will be at your expense.
All refunds will be credited to your customer account.
