The night before delivery, you will receive an SMS to the phone number on file containing a tracking link. This link provides a delivery window and a map showing the location of your residence. After your order is delivered, you'll receive a follow-up message confirming delivery, and your tracking link will be updated with photos from the driver showing where your order has been placed.

While our courier works to ensure accurate pinned locations, they can occasionally be slightly off. Please verify that the pinned location is on your property. If it’s not, contact Providoor Customer Support.

Please note: Providoor and our courier will never request additional information about your delivery via text. You will only receive two texts from us—one with the tracking link and one confirming delivery. If you receive a text requesting additional information, it is not from us and may be from a scammer.
