Please provide all delivery instructions at check out. These should include but are not limited to the following:
-Gate codes.
-How to buzz your apartment.
-A safe place to leave your order.
-Any distinguishable attributes of your house.

These instructions should not added:
-Your phone number with a note to call.
-Notes to drop your parcel over the fence if the driver can't reach the ground, this could cause damage to the products.
-Instructions to leave the parcel in the garage, through the back yard, or anywhere that is not the front of the house.

Our drivers are not allowed to:
- Use their phones while driving, so they cannot call while enroute to your location. Please use the SMS tracking link to know when your order has been delivered.
- Drivers are not allowed to enter your home, or walk to the back of the property. All orders must be placed in the front of the property.
