No worries! You are more than welcome to send a surprise box of our products! Just keep a few things in mind when choosing this option:

1. Do we deliver to the recipients residence?

2. Do you know the recipients likes/dislikes?

3. Do you know the recipients food allergies and intolerances?

4. Will the recipient be home the day of delivery?

If you answered yes to all of the above questions, order away! If you answered no, an e-gift card is the way to go.

Please consider the following: 

- A SMS tracking link will be sent to the phone number on file the night before. It will be beneficial for this to be the recipient's phone number and for them to be aware they will be receiving this.

- Providoor is not liable for orders once they have been delivered to the designated address. The purchaser must ensure that the address is accurate and that the delivery location is secure.
