All deliveries are carried out by our 3rd party delivery partner.

The night before delivery a SMS message will be sent to the phone number on file with a tracking link and a smaller time window. 

Once delivery is completed, the same number will send a 'delivered' message. The tracking link will have photos uploaded as to where the parcel is placed. 

It is up to you to make sure your phone number is correct to receive these messages.

Providoor is not liable for orders once they have been delivered to the designated address. The purchaser must ensure that the address is accurate and that the delivery location is secure.
