Please provide all delivery instructions at checkout. These should include, but are not limited to:

· Gate codes

· Instructions for buzzing into an apartment

· A safe place to leave your order

· Any distinguishing features of your home

Instructions That Should Not Be Included:

· Your phone number with a note to call

· Notes requesting the parcel be dropped over a fence (this may damage the products)

· Requests to leave the parcel in the garage, backyard, or any location that is not the front of the house

Driver Guidelines:

· Drivers are not permitted to use their phones while driving and cannot call while en route. Use the SMS tracking link provided to monitor the status of your delivery.

· Drivers are not allowed to enter your home or access areas beyond the front of the property. All deliveries must be left at the front of the property.
